Our company has an opening for a foreclosure specialist that will also perform general office assistance and courier services as needed. The foreclosure aspect will entail the entire process of acquisition of the properties through the sale. The bulk of your time will be spent
inspecting properties, coordinating with the repairs and maintenance, and communicating with the banks to ensure that the houses are being kept up.
The courier side will mostly entail delivering signs and brochures to new listings, picking up office checks and documents, and installing/retrieving lockboxes. General office duties and pitching
in for the team will be expected as needed.
The part-time position will vary in hours week to week, but you can expect to work around 25-30 and you will be responsible for keeping up with your hours and submitting a time sheet. While the hours are flexible, you must be ready to promptly handle sudden situations as they arise.
Must have a thick skin and be unafraid of non-confrontational confrontation. Must be able to self-manage but know when to ask for help. Must prioritize duties to meet deadlines and organize to ensure thoroughness.
You will need to have reliable transportation as you will be using your vehicle to visit properties (mileage reimbursed). You should be comfortable using a camera (provided) and uploading and managing many photo files.
Experience with the foreclosure process is a plus. Most valuable traits desired are adaptability, positive attitude, determination, and drama-free.
